Research and Insights
User interviews focused on how people share music and what they value in that experience. Findings showed that users prioritize immediate access to shared songs, clear visibility of friends playlists, and simple navigation between content.
Participants consistently valued connection over information, placing less importance on detailed song data and more on how easily they could engage with music shared by others.
Defining the Problem
Existing music platforms do not provide a dedicated space for social sharing. While users can send songs through external tools, the experience is often fragmented and disconnected.
This project addresses that gap by creating a centralized platform where users can share discover and interact with music in a more direct and social way.

User Experience
The app is structured around two primary actions consuming music from others and sharing songs with friends. User flows support onboarding discovery and contribution while keeping interactions simple and intuitive.
Each step in the experience is designed to reduce friction allowing users to quickly access shared content and participate without unnecessary complexity.
Interface and System
The interface prioritizes clarity hierarchy and responsiveness to support continuous engagement. Users can browse playlists view shared songs and contribute their own content through a streamlined system.
The design maintains a balance between functionality and simplicity to keep the focus on music and connection.
